Team Member – Manufacturing Powder Filling
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile powder filling operations, including machine setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and batch changeovers as per approved SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Handle dry powder filling and liquid filling equipment, product transfer systems, and CIP/SIP activities in complex skids while ensuring aseptic conditions, process compliance, and product quality.
- Maintain accurate batch documentation, perform in-process checks, support validation activities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth manufacturing operations.

Team Member – Manufacturing Compounding
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and handle compounding, filtration, CIP/SIP, product transfer, and other manufacturing skids used in complex injectable manufacturing.
- Perform setup, operation, cleaning, sanitization, troubleshooting, and CIP/SIP activities as per SOPs and batch requirements.
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI-operated systems and aseptic manufacturing practices.
- Monitor critical process parameters and maintain accurate cGMP-compliant documentation, equipment logs, and records.

Team Member – Engineering (Process Equipment)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of injectable manufacturing equipment such as filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems, filtration skids, and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, support installation, qualification, validation, calibration activities, and ensure equipment operates in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, participate in root cause analysis and CAPA activities, and coordinate with Production, QA, Validation, and EHS teams to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.
Dr. Reddy’s Engineering – Utility Jobs
Team Member – Engineering (Utility)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mech, EEE, Instrumentation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems such as HVAC, WFI, PW, Clean Steam, Compressed Air, Chillers, Boilers, Nitrogen, and other critical utilities to support pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Monitor utility performance, coordinate calibration, qualification, and validation activities, and ensure uninterrupted utility supply while maintaining cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
