Positions
1. FR&D – Liquids
Experience: 2–7 years
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
Job Profile:
- Formulation development, process optimization, scale-up and technology transfer of liquid and solid dosage forms.
- Hands-on experience with Homogenizer, RMG, FBP, compression and coating machines.
- Preparation of technical documents including MFC, PDR, stability notes and specifications.
2. FR&D – Hormones
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
Job Profile:
- Formulation development as per QbD.
- Formulation optimization using Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Scale-up batch manufacturing.
- CFT coordination with ARD, RA, TT, Manufacturing and Purchase.
- Experience in Soft Gel or Veterinary dosage forms is preferred.
3. FR&D – Solid Orals
Experience: 2–7 years
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
Job Profile:
- Oral Solid Dosage formulation development.
- Process optimization, scale-up and technology transfer.
- OSD manufacturing processes and equipment including granulation, compression and coating.
- Technical documentation and troubleshooting.
4. AR&D – Hormones
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc-Chemistry
Job Profile:
- Analytical method development for raw materials and finished products.
- Analytical testing, data interpretation, documentation and troubleshooting.
- GMP/GLP compliance.
- CFT coordination with RA, TT, Validation, QC and Purchase.
5. AR&D – Injectables
Experience: 5–7 years
Job Profile:
- Analytical testing and method development/validation of parenteral dosage forms.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC and particle-size analysis.
- GMP/GLP compliance.
- Documentation and stability testing.
- Investigation of OOS/OOT results.
Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities include:
- Formulation development and optimization.
- Process optimization, scale-up and technology transfer.
- QbD-based formulation development and DOE.
- Analytical method development, testing and validation.
- Stability testing and technical documentation.
- Troubleshooting and investigation of OOS/OOT results.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams including ARD, RA, TT, Manufacturing, Validation, QC and Purchase.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates should meet the qualification and experience requirements for the respective position:
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy for specified FR&D roles.
- M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc-Chemistry for AR&D Hormones.
- Relevant experience ranging from 2 to 7 years, depending on the position.
- Experience in formulation development, analytical development, manufacturing processes or related activities as specified for the respective role.
