Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Data Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Medidata Rave and a strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including Study Start-Up, Study Conduct, and Closeout activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review clinical trial data in Medidata Rave EDC (Electronic Data Capture).
- Perform data validation, discrepancy management, and query resolution.
- Support Study Start-Up activities, including eCRF design and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Monitors).
- Assist in database lock and study closeout activities.
- Maintain high data quality standards and adhere to timelines.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
