Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

Selected candidates will:

  • Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Operate analytical instruments and maintain laboratory documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support analytical method validation and laboratory investigations.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and laboratory records.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities.
  • Conduct line clearance and process monitoring.
  • Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and GMP documentation activities.

Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA)

Selected candidates will:

  • Prepare and review regulatory dossiers.
  • Handle product registrations and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for submission activities.

Formulation & Development (F&D)

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations.
  • Conduct formulation trials and product evaluation studies.
  • Prepare development reports and technical documentation.
  • Support technology transfer and product scale-up activities.
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, and Production teams.

Engineering

Selected candidates will:

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Ensure uninterrupted plant utility operations.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and regulatory compliance.
