About the Project
The selected candidate will work in the prestigious ICMR-funded Center for Radiogenomics Research in Oncology for Theranostics Advancement, contributing to cutting-edge research involving cancer genomics, radiogenomics, artificial intelligence, and precision medicine.
Researchers will collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects integrating genomics, clinical data, and medical imaging to advance cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.
The selected Project Research Scientist-II will be expected to:
Analyze high-throughput multi-omics datasets from cancer patients.
Develop AI and Machine Learning models for cancer data analysis.
Handle clinical records and Electronic Health Record (EHR) databases.
Develop research databases and web applications.
Analyze MRI, CT, and PET imaging datasets.
Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and computational scientists.
Publish research findings in reputed scientific journals.
Support project execution under the Principal Investigator.
Applicants should possess:
PhD in Bioinformatics
OR PhD in Computational Biology
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
Multi-omics data analysis
Cancer genomics
AI/ML algorithm development
Clinical data and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Database and web application development
MRI image analysis
CT scan analysis
PET imaging analysis
Biomedical data science
Precision oncology research
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
Selected candidates will receive:
₹67,000 per month
30% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
Approximate monthly gross salary: ₹87,100.
