- Perform downstream processing activities for biologics manufacturing.
- Operate AKTA chromatography systems for protein purification.
- Execute column packing and unpacking activities.
- Prepare buffers and process solutions.
- Perform Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations.
- Operate centrifuges used in downstream manufacturing.
- Maintain batch records and manufacturing documentation.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Support production planning and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Conduct biochemical, immunochemical, electrophoresis, cell-based, and clot-based assays.
- Manage laboratory samples and analytical records.
- Maintain GLP-compliant laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support laboratory investigations, data review, and regulatory compliance activities.
