Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Candidates selected for the CRA I / II role at ICON will be responsible for:

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensuring protocol compliance and patient safety during clinical trials
• Performing onsite monitoring and maintaining clinical data integrity
• Collaborating with investigators and site coordinators
• Reviewing trial data and resolving clinical queries
• Preparing and reviewing study documentation and reports
• Supporting oncology and immunology clinical studies
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or healthcare-related discipline

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of Clinical Research Associate experience
• Strong onsite monitoring experience mandatory
• Oncology/Immunology therapeutic area experience required

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and ICH-GCP
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
