Position: Formulation R&D
The selected candidate will work on formulation development, optimization, trial batch evaluation, stability studies, scale-up, and technology transfer across various pharmaceutical and specialized product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solid oral dosage (OSD) formulations, including tablets and capsules.
- Develop and optimize formulations for dermatology, skin care, and hair care products.
- Develop nutraceutical and cosmeceutical formulations.
- Plan, prepare, and evaluate trial batches.
- Conduct stability studies and analytical evaluations.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and commercial batches.
- Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), reports, and technical documentation in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve formulation-related issues.
- Collaborate with Analytical, Regulatory, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on formulation technologies and industry trends.
Eligibility and Qualifications
