Medivexa Labs is hiring a Biospecimen Research Operations Executive for its Delhi site. The opportunity is open to candidates with 0–5 years of experience, including freshers. The role involves biospecimen handling, sample processing, inventory management, documentation, and coordination with doctors and internal teams.
Medivexa Labs is a biotechnology-focused Contract Research Organization (CRO) supporting human biospecimen research, biobanking, and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Coordinating with designated doctors and internal teams.
Managing sample receipt, processing, freezing, storage, and inventory.
Maintaining documentation, trackers, and quality control (QC) records.
Ensuring proper sample labeling, chain of custody, and shipment.
Supporting occasional sample retrieval or patient collection, subject to approval and training.
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), study protocols, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)
Master of Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLT)
Nursing qualifications
Other allied health qualifications
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience are eligible, and freshers may also apply.
Required Skills
Applicants should have:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
A basic understanding of biospecimen handling.
Familiarity with clinical research processes.
Attention to documentation, sample labeling, and inventory management.
Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
