The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with\u00a0<strong>Medidata Rave<\/strong>\u00a0and a strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including\u00a0<strong>Study Start-Up, Study Conduct, and Closeout activities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and review clinical trial data in\u00a0<strong>Medidata Rave EDC<\/strong>\u00a0(Electronic Data Capture).<\/li>\n<li>Perform\u00a0<strong>data validation, discrepancy management, and query resolution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0<strong>Study Start-Up activities<\/strong>, including eCRF design and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with\u00a0<strong>GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory guidelines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Monitors).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in\u00a0<strong>database lock and study closeout activities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high data quality standards and adhere to timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Must-Have Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave<\/strong>\u00a0(Mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of\u00a0<strong>CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM)<\/strong>\u00a0is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proactive mindset and ability to work in a
