B.E.\/B.Tech in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Position<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Officer, QA Validation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Officer, QA Validation will be responsible for qualification and validation activities covering sterile manufacturing equipment, HVAC and classified areas, utilities, documentation, calibration verification, and validation status tracking.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare, execute, compile, and review <strong>URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports<\/strong> for sterile manufacturing equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Work with equipment including vial and ampoule washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, autoclaves, filling and sealing lines, capping machines, lyophilizers, RABS or isolators, CIP\/SIP skids, and inspection machines.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in <strong>Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)<\/strong> and <strong>Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)<\/strong> and confirm closure of findings before IQ begins.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify and requalify <strong>HVAC systems and classified areas<\/strong>, including HEPA filter integrity, particle counts, pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, recovery and clean-up time, and containment leak testing.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and review <strong>airflow visualisation (smoke) studies<\/strong> for Grade A zones.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify and requalify utilities including <strong>Purified Water, Water for Injection, Pure Steam, compressed air, nitrogen, and other process gases<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the <strong>Validation Master Plan<\/strong>, annual validation and requalification schedule, and equipment and utility qualification status matrix.<\/li>\n<li>Verify calibration, preventive maintenance, and instrument traceability before qualification activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain the <strong>traceability matrix<\/strong> linking user requirements with qualification test cases and acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility &amp;
